Samantha Robinson - United Arab Emirates

Samantha RobinsonIWW Board Member & Managing Director.

Samantha has enjoyed a 15-year career with InterSearch Worldwide. Initially joining InterSearch in Australia in 1996 and over the past 11 years she has been actively building the Middle East region. She serves as the Global Practice Group Leader of Financial Services & Banking and was appointed to the Board in 2017.

Under Samantha’s leadership, InterSearch Middle East has expanded its geographical footprint with offices in Dubai, Oman, Abu Dhabi and Saudi Arabia. Her multi-cultural team shares her passion for quality of delivery, speed of execution and supporting a global diversity agenda to attract GCC Nationals, Arab and female talent into client organizations.

She has a unique combination of emerging and mature market recruitment experience across Europe, Middle East, Africa & APAC. Samantha has worked internally with the HR teams of Merrill Lynch & BP International in London, as well as Standard Chartered Bank in Dubai, UAE.

She holds a Bachelor of Science, major in Psychology, from University of Melbourne in Australia. InterSearch Middle East is a proud member of the global Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC).
