Ahmed has over 11 years of experience and has held different HR roles with reputable companies in Brazil and the UAE. He possesses an in-depth knowledge in Talent Acquisition, C-suite level recruitment and Leadership and psychometric assessments.
Ahmed brings other expertise in Succession planning, Change Management and Organization Development along with his knowledge of the GCC markets. Before joining InterSearch Middle East he led the resourcing and development of several projects with Shell and Odebrecht International.
Ahmed currently serves clients in the Middle East with the focus on the Saudi market in a variety of sectors such as Energy, Manufacturing and Engineering.
Ahmed holds a bachelor’s degree from the ESC Business School, and he is an associate member of the Charted Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and member of the Organization Development Network.
