Dieter Albeck

Dieter Albeck is Managing Partner of InterSearch Executive Consultants domiciled in Frankfurt and Munich.

He provides support and consulting especially to clients in the manufacturing and automotive industries, as well as the plant engineering, electrical engineering and leasing sectors. His focus is on assignments in conjunction with filling executive positions on behalf of national and international clients; his contacts are predominantly owners, managing directors and HR directors.

Dieter Albeck completed studies in mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Darmstadt, earning a master’s degree in engineering (Diplom-Ingenieur). After several years in the area of management consulting and leasing, he changed to the field of executive search more than 20 years ago. So he has amassed many years of experience with search and selection of upper and top managers with a primary focus on executive search. Since 1995 he has held managing director / managing partner functions at well-known international executive search organisations.

Dieter Albeck is married and has three sons as well as a daughter; they are either still at university or are already pursuing a career after successfully completing a degree. Besides classic cars, his great love is football (passively) and he is currently attempting to learn how to play golf. Furthermore, he is also involved in social projects with a focus on Africa.
