Founder & Director of DIORH, Essaid has over 35 years of experience in the fields of human resources management, strategic management and organization.
After having held Human Resources Director positions within large companies, he founded DIORH in 1992.
Under his leadership for 28 years, DIORH became a Moroccan leader in HR services and has signed its partnership with Intersearch in 2012.
Essaid intervenes very regularly as an HR strategy consultant in advising heads of institutions and private groups and also conducts audit and social diagnostic missions with various public and private companies.
