Fatih Algan

M.Fatih Algan, Ph.D. (candidate), has been cultivating board HR experience especially in automotive, production, and consumer goods industries. He has successfully managed global HR teams and led various projects as a Project Manager whose final role was Commercial HR Director of Europe’s leading manufacturer of household appliances.

He joined Ageo International in 2016. He has been successfully leading the company since he became managing partner in October 2017.

Fatih holds B.Sc in Management from Universitat de Barcelona and M.Sc in Occupational Health & Safety Management from Gediz University. His Ph.D studies is still continuing in the field of Strategical Management. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
