
Frank Schelstraete
Frank is the Co-Founder of Schelstraete Delacourt Associates.
He is responsible for all assignments for CxO and Board positions. His clients include large-scale, family and listed or unlisted private-equity owned companies, across a variety of industries.
As such he liaises with company shareholders and corporate boards. His extensive experience in the fields of leadership and human resources underpins his advice on succession planning and board assessment.
He has been a member of the Board of Directors of InterSearch since 2002.
Frank holds a Master’s Degree in Psychological and Educational Sciences, Option Clinical and Developmental Psychology from the University of Ghent, and has completed postgraduate specialization in Psychoanalysis.
He holds a Certificate in Director and Board Effectiveness from the Guberna Institute for Directors.
He works proficiently in Dutch, French and English.
