Hedda Hanke

Hedda Hanke has worked in executive search since 1990, initially for a leading European firm and subsequently as the Managing Partner at Gemini Executive Search, where she led the competence centres for Retail & Distribution and Family Owned Companies. In 2014 she became Managing Director of Amrop Delta Management Consultants based in their Düsseldorf office, then joined InterSearch Executive Consultants as Partner and is now based at the company´s office in Cologne.

She has extensive experience in the placement of senior managers for leading international companies in the technology, trade, and service sectors. Specific industry focus:
