Juhani Konu

Juhani Konu is a well-known Executive Recruiter in Finland. He has worked in the field for over 25 years with cross-border assignments worldwide, 70 countries in total. He specialises in executive search and managerial assessments.

He is a shareholder of InterSearch Worldwide and the Managing Partner of InterSearch in Finland. He has been a member of the board in the Finnish Work & Organisational Psychologists’ Association since 2007 and most of that time as chairman. He holds two master’s degrees: in economics and in psychology.
