Laura Rosso

Partner at Weplace in the practice of Human Capital Management since 2017, Laura has over 20 years of experience in strategic consulting, human resources and marketing. She brings expertise in human capital management and strategic planning in the Financial, Construction, Infrastructure, Luxury, Agribusiness , Energy, Services, Education and IT.

Laura built her career in companies in the financial, industrial, and strategy and HR consulting markets in a variety of roles, including Head of Recruiting for Latam and Head of Innovation.  She has worked in Brazil, Italy, Switzerland, and the United States throughout her professional experience.

Laura holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, focusing on Marketing and International Management from Boston University and a Master’s degree in Economics and International Management from SDA Bocconi in Italy. She is an Executive Coach certified by the Integrated Coaching Institute. Laura is fluent in English, Portuguese, Italian, and Spanish.
