Mariano Ballesteros

Mariano holds a degree in Law and in Political Science and Sociology from the Complutense University of Madrid. He holds an MBA from Instituto de Empresa.

He is certified as a Counselor by the Institute of Directors and Administrators I-CA and Master in Mediation, Arbitration and Compliance by Asemed.

He is also certified as Executive Coach by ICF and Master in Digital Business by The Valley.

He has more than 25 years of experience as Chief People Officer and Legal and Compliance Director in different international companies and in various sectors, such as Pharmaceutical, Industrial, Leisure / Tourism, Renewable Energies or Food, in companies such as Bristol Myers Squibb, Tupperware, Europcar, Gestamp (GRI) or Natra. He is also a Human Resources Mentor at the Endeavor Foundation.

In 2019 he joined Euromanager as Director.

He speaks Spanish, English and French.
