Vanessa Delacourt

Vanessa joined the company in 1996 and became a Partner in 1999.
Vanessa leads a diverse range of executive search projects, both nationally and internationally. She has developed and enhanced her core expertise through appointing key positions in the Retail and Consumer industry.

She is Head of the Global Consumer & Retail Practices Group of our global InterSearch network.

Vanessa holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical and Developmental Psychology from the University of Ghent and was awarded a Business Administration Degree by the Vlerick Business School.
She holds a Certificate in Director and Board Effectiveness from the Guberna Institute for Directors.

She works proficiently in Dutch, French and English.
