Mirena Koleva

For the last 20 years, Mrs. Koleva is owner and managing partner of P&P Bulgaria-InterSearch and WIFI Bulgaria (leading European training organization owned by Austrian Chamber of Commerce). She has experience in business development, employer branding, design, development and execution of business and marketing strategies, organizational development and PR activities. Mrs. Koleva has strong experience with international and local organizations, advertisements, sales and marketing, energy sector and public administration.

During her career, Mrs. Koleva has developed and established companies on the Bulgarian market in the area of PR, advertisement, HR consulting, organizational development and public relations, marketing and sales.

Mrs. Koleva is founder and president of the Bulgarian Association for Executive Search.

Mrs. Koleva holds Master’s degree in Engineering, Journalism and Business Administration. She speaks German, English and Russian.

In 2018, Mrs. Koleva was rewarded the highest award – Golden Order of Merit to the Republic of Austria for outstanding business development contribution.
