Peter Pendl

Peter Pendl graduated as Dr. phil. in 1976. He is founder and shareholder of Dr. Pendl & Dr. Piswanger (P&P) and manages the P&P Group in Austria and the CEE region since 1979. The company is partner of InterSearch with more than 90 offices worldwide.

His areas of expertise include Executive Search international, Management Coaching as well as HR and Investors in People Consulting.

Additional activities: he was for more than 6 years Chairman of the InterSearch Standard & Quality Committee and established Passerelle – management exchange among companies. For 9 years he was lecturer in human resource management at the Institute of Business Psychology. In 2004 Peter Pendl brought together with the Federation of Austrian Industries Investors in People to Austria; from 2008 to 2013, he was member of the Advisory Board of the bfi Vienna Management Academy. In 2014 he and his business partners founded Board Search – a well known and highly regarded consulting organisation for Advisory Board members.
