Plang Jacob-Lot is a multicultural professional with two decades of mixed corporate, consulting, family business, government, and Executive Search expertise, gained on mandates across the African continent, GCC, and Western Europe, while living in UAE, the UK and Nigeria. His track record includes 15+ years of Executive Search, Advisory and Talent Acquisition across the Financial Services, Private Equity, Professional Services, and Technology sectors. Over the course of his career with several UK, UAE, and Nigeria-headquartered Executive Search firms, Mr. Jacob-Lot has partnered with his clients, including Blue Chip and FTSE 100 companies, to support their growth pace with leadership teams which combined an international perspective with regional understanding. He worked as the Head of Talent Acquisition for Africa for Standard Chartered Bank, where he oversaw 14 African countries and built the Talent Acquisition Operations for the entire African continent. Mr. Jacob-Lot completed his education in the UK.
