The IWW Board Practice is also focusing on diversity on a board level. There is a great synergy between the two groups, that is why the Head of Board Practice is always involved in the activities of Diversity and Inclusion Practice.

When talking about diversity in a board or executive leadership context, we usually mean “the accessibility to and application of several different knowledge domains – simultaneously”, and hereby we mean the unique combination of experience, knowledge, and perspective that together form the diversity and the difference from all other unique combinations of the same factors. Every unique combination adds up to a specific identity.

In the recent years, institutional investors have been pushing public-listed boards harder and harder on diversity. Why? It is certainly not about political correctness. It is business. Both investors and CEOs alike are now convinced that appropriate diversity on boards will substantially improve group decision-making and improve performance.

Paul Bullock

Paul Bullock leads the Consumer, Supply Chain and Renewables Practices. With a career spanning upwards of 15 years. Paul was one of the founding partners of executive search firm Society, leading on the Retail, FMCG and Renewable Energy markets.

Paul joined Green Park from Propel Exec, where he focused on technology hiring. Paul has a passion for consumer facing leadership roles and has been responsible for many high-profile appointments. CEO, COO, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations and Property are considerable areas of expertise.

Jakob Stengel

Jakob Stengel is the Managing Partner of Case Rose / InterSearch and Global Head of Board Practice within InterSearch. Jakob joined the firm in 2012 after 5 years as a partner with some of the other leading global firms of the executive search industry.

Jakob is the founding partner of The Danish Professional Directors Association, Board Network. He is a member of the International Corporate Governance Network; a member of the European Corporate Governance Institute; and a member of several expert groups under the European Confederation of Directors Associations. Further, he is co-editor-in-chief of Denmark’s leading corporate governance and board leadership publication, Board Perspectives.

Jakob holds a degree as Master in Law (LL.M.) from University of Copenhagen, and possesses more than 15 years of experience in serving as chairman and / or non-executive director on more than 10 different Boards of Directors in Danish companies.

Jakob is the bridge between Global Board Practice Group and Diversity & Inclusion acting as a catalyst to harvest and promote the best practices of both the groups.

As a Partner and key member of the senior consulting team, Lotika has successfully led and executed critical and complex leadership hiring assignments., for multi-national corporations as well as leading Indian organizations.

She has over 15 years experience in the Executive Search industry which primarily spans across the Lifesciences, Pharma, Healthcare, R&D / Innovation, Consumer, Lifestyle and Manufacturing sectors.

Additionally she actively leads the development of knowledge solutions and provides leadership, direction and structure to highly qualified distributed, multi-location research teams.

Previously, she has worked with two leading global organizations, IFC (World Bank) and Airtel, in roles with high external interface and marquee client management responsibilities.

In 2019 he joined Euromanager as Director.
