Alberto holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from IQS (Ramon Llull University). He completed his education with an MBA from Middlesex University (UK) and with a PDD from IESE.

He began his career in Caixa Catalunya’s Research Department. Since 1998, he works in the executive search industry. After 3 years as a Consultant in Ward Howell (Signium International), he joined Seeliger y Conde in 2001 as Senior Consultant and was appointed Associate in 2006.

In 2008, Alberto joined Euromanager.

Vikram Tandon has over 15 years of experience in executive search industry managing assignments for top, C-suite and middle management level for all functions both in APAC and internationally.

He has been working at InterSearch China since 2014 and before joining the company he had experiences with other leading executive search and HR Consulting firms.

Besides being Key Account Manager for several Multinational companies, within InterSearch China he also holds the position of Country Manager for Singapore office leading a qualified team of consultants and researchers and personally partnering with a variety of clients.

His expertise is focused on various industries, mainly in the IT& Telecommunication, FMCG, Marketing, Digital & Media etc.

Vikram holds a degree in Marketing and Business Management. He has lived in India, Singapore, UK, Tokyo, Hong Kong and China.

Wolfgang joined InterSearch in 2016 as a Partner of the member of Austria. He is active in the executive search and recruitment of managers in a number of industries and functions with emphasis in Industry, Engineering, IT & Telcom and General Management

French citizen, Marc joined InterSearch network in 2015 and is the Director of the Executive Search division of the Moroccan office since December 2018. Graduated in 2011 from ICN Business School (renowned French institute), he began his career in Paris, first as a Researcher, and evolved quickly to Consultant positions. After five years working for head-hunting companies based in Paris, he took the opportunity to reach the most famous HR consulting firm in Morocco, which is the exclusive partner of InterSearch. All these years in Morocco allowed him to develop his ability to “translate” the needs of foreign multinational companies, mostly European or American, into the local context. Throughout his career, Marc also lived one and a half years in Mexico (2006). This stay enriched his multicultural spirit. Besides English, he speaks therefore Spanish currently. In addition to his role, he often makes conferences within famous Moroccan and French campuses of business or engineers’ schools to present the local labor market. He also publishes articles in the press.

Thanks to several strategic assignments conducted with some offices of the network, he received in 2019 the Excellence Award during the Global InterSearch Conference in Shanghai.
