Afterwards, she works at companies in the financial sector and as advisor of institutional investors.
Since 1997 Leslie does executive search for top management executives, performing processes in Chile, Latin America and China. She has experience in different industries and functional areas, in the private and public sector. In 2000 she was recognized as “Leading Consultant” by The Economist Intelligence Unit.
In 2002 she founded the executive search Company that became HK Human Capital S.A., where she holds the position of Partner and Executive Director. In 2007 HK Human Capital S.A. joined Intersearch Worldwide as the exclusive partner in Chile.
