Laura built her career in companies in the financial, industrial, and strategy and HR consulting markets in a variety of roles, including Head of Recruiting for Latam and Head of Innovation. She has worked in Brazil, Italy, Switzerland, and the United States throughout her professional experience. Laura holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, focusing on Marketing and International Management from Boston University and a Master’s degree in Economics and International Management from SDA Bocconi in Italy.
