Romana Kovács
InterSearch Slovenia

Romana Kovács is a Managing Director and owner of P&P/IS Slovenia since 2007. She was promoted to InterSearch Worldwide Board Member from 2014–2017 and managing one of the largest groups in the field of HRM on a global scale. In charge of global sales, she covered regions North-Western Europe, Central-Eastern Europe, Americas, Asia-Pacific and Middle East–Africa.

Her areas of expertise include International Executive Search, executive coaching and management audits. She is highly effective at incorporating creative leadership skills to achieve business objectives.

Her key strengths include: Strong communication, interpersonal relations, mentoring, negotiation and great organizational skills.
