The Executive Search company P&P InterSearch d.o.o. was founded in 1997. Next to its focus on HR consulting (national and international Executive Search, Search and Selection of managers and specialists) and personnel development, the P&P Slovenia team’s expertise lies in carrying out management audits, outdoor trainings (leadership, teambuilding trainings), research (organisational climate and salary research), process optimisation, organisational restructuring and labour law counselling.
Marta Rojko joined P&P InterSearch Slovenia beginning of 2019, after relocating back home to Slovenia from the Middle East. After completing her Bsc from Sociology and Master from PR & Communications at the University of Ljubljana, she switched from the field of PR and marketing to aviation, when moving to Dubai in 2013.
Since joining P&P InterSearch Slovenia, she has been greatly involved in Internation Executive Search projects. She is excelling her knowgledge about other areas of Human Resources also.
Her key strenghts include: Strong communication, interpersonal relations, international relations and communication and great organizational skills.
