Four Corners Group Celebrates 10 Years with an Artful Event

Four Corners Group celebrated its 10th anniversary with an artful twist on the shores of Lake Ontario at the Burlington Art Gallery. There is a certain “art” to the executive search business, and the parallel of the venue and its treasures was not lost on the team. Surrounded by unique and diverse works, the team appreciated the skill and talent of the Canadian artists and their embodiment of excellence in attention, detail, care and passion.

From the beginning, Founding Partner Kelly Farrell envisioned a firm that would be different. A firm that would truly engage clients to better understand them, to partner with them, and to deliver innovative solutions. A firm that not only solved short-term problems, but helped organizations and people also achieve long-term goals through their people. Ten years later, they have achieved their goal.

Four Corners Group began as a small boutique in 2007. The following year, global economic turmoil hit the market, but the conviction and dedication of the small team proved invaluable to its clients and the fledgling enterprise superseded the prevailing market dynamics. While other search firms were contracting, Four Corners began a pattern of growth that continues unabated today.

In 2008, Four Corners Group became the Canadian representative for InterSearch, a global partnership of retainer-based executive search firms.
