Antti Lavanti is the most recent expert addition to InterSearch in Finland

In the beginning of March, InterSearch Finland gained a significant addition to its expert resources when experienced psychologist Antti Lavanti began his work in our company. As a senior consultant, his main areas of consulting will be Executive Search and demanding personal psychological assessments.

Antti has also worked as an occupational health psychologist and consultant for 20 years. Thanks to this, he is also well acquainted with the recruitment and leadership practices of public organizations.
Antti has a master’s degree in social sciences from the University of Jyväskylä and is a qualified psychologist. He also has a personal assessment certificate issued by the Finnish Psychological Association and a CBC degree (Certified Business Coach) aimed at the needs of business career coaching. In his free time, Antti is a real all-rounder. His athletic hobbies include marathons and cycling. He is also an active reservist in the Finnish Defence Forces and promoted to captain.
