New partner Marko Kallio joins the Intersearch Finland team
Marko Kallio has been invited to join Intersearch Finland as a partner consultant, starting in the beginning of February 2019. His areas of focus will consist of executive search and in-depth psychological personnel assessments.
Marko Kallio’s expertise in HR management is versatile. Prior to his career in consulting, he spent 10 years working as the HR and ICT Director of Jujo Thermal Ltd., a member of the Nippon Paper Group. Before this, he acted as an HR Specialist at the Finnish technology company Teleste Oyj. He is also familiar with the Finnish job market and public employment services. He worked for several years in developing the regional employer services of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment. In addition, he is experienced in board work.
Marko Kallio completed his master’s degree in psychology at the University of Turku. Later, he has supplemented his studies with the leadership program of the Robert Kennedy College, and by completing the ABM (Approved Board Member) training program of the Finland Chamber of Commerce.
