Consolidation of industry expertise at InterSearch Germany: Alexander Wilhelm joins Frankfurt office

InterSearch Executive Consultants, the renowned personnel consultancy with offices in Hamburg, Cologne, Frankfurt und Munich, continues its path to growth. Alexander Wilhelm, a well-known executive search consultant with extensive national and international experience, became Senior Client Partner in the Königstein (Frankfurt) office at the beginning of February.

Alexander Wilhelm has been an executive search consultant since 2001, most recently at Pedersen & Partners. Previously, he worked at PMC International AG, where he became a Managing Partner and member of the board for his final five years with the company. He consults mainly national and international industrial companies, in particular in the Automotive-, Chemicals-, Plastics- and Energy sectors, as well as in Engineering and in the Public Sector. Executive Search, Coaching and Management Succession are among his key areas of expertise.

On course for growth

Since the beginning of 2017 Shushila Pandya (31) has consolidated the team in the position of Communications Manager. In this new role, she is responsible for internal and external communication in the areas of marketing and public relations. Shushila Pandya has extensive experience as a freelance journalist and PR consultant. In 2015, she was responsible for the successful implementation of the Delta Management Consultants rebranding.
