New team members at InterSearch Mexico

InterSearch Mexico is pleased to announce that, in an effort to evolve and grow, our office adds new team members. Their experienced and successful careers will certainly contribute to our capability to serve clients in diverse markets with additional areas of expertise.

Our new team members are:

ADRIANA BANDERA

Adriana has more than 35 years of experience in Executive Search, worked in Ford Motor Company, Citibank and as a Founding Partner of Search & Asociados in 1992. Also 15 years as an Executive and Personal Coach for CCO’s, VP’s and Directors. She associated with InterSearch in 2018.

She is Clinical Psychologist by Universidad Iberoamericana, certified as a Systemic Coach by CorPXCoach, Ontological Coach by DQ International as well as Newfield Network and Organizational Coach by Team Power. Specialist in Myer-Briggs Type Indicator and Profilor 360.

CLAUDIA BRAVO

Claudia, who just attended the InterSearch Academy in Dublin, is a Senior Executive in Human Resources with more than 18 years experience in transnational companies including Danone Group, in both Water and Dairy Divisions. She held executive positions in Talent Attraction, Organizational Development and Talent Management. She has a solid expertise in selection at executive level in Consumer Industries.

She also collaborated in the financial sector with HSBC as Head of Talent, Culture and Organizational Development for Mexico and Latin America.

Claudia holds a degree in Psychology from the Universidad Iberoamericana.

ILEANA SKORLICH

Ileana has a background in Executive Search, Personal and Executive Coaching and Organizational Development since 1992, when she founded Search & Asociados. She was PR and Protocol Manager at Citibank, among other companies. She associated with InterSearch Mexico in 2018.

She is a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation, (ICF) Ontological Coach by Newfield Consulting and Newfield Network, and Facilitator by Global Novations.
