InterSearch Norway signs exclusivity agreement with Beyonder, an Energy Tech company breaking new ground within battery science

We are pleased to announce that InterSearch Norway and Beyonder have signed an exclusivity agreement for the recruitment of new permanent staff, and in delivering strategic HR services in the establishment of Beyonder’s organisational structure.

Beyonder is planning to build a new Research and Development factory

Beyonder, a Stavanger based battery technology company, is planning to build a new R&D factory in the region, to start commercially introducing its products to the market. As a result, the company will more than double its number of employees in 2020.

Beyonder – a Norwegian energy tech company – has developed a patented highly transformative and sustainable “activated carbon production technology” to be used commercially in producing the next generation of supercapacitors and Li-ion capacitors for the heavy-duty industry sector. With the introduction of this new advancement, Beyonder has found a solution to issues critical to the industry, especially within renewable energy grids, transportation, and offshore energy infrastructure.

Beyonder chooses InterSearch Norway to satisfy its international human capital needs

There is no previous history of producing batteries in Norway, and Beyonder has had to recruit internationally to build up its current R&D organisation. For their continued growth, they have chosen InterSearch Norway as their partner in the search and selection of new employees.
