InterSearch Norway welcomes our new Senior Advisor Mariann Meinich-Bache

Mariann Meinich-Bache started recently as a Senior Advisor with the Stavanger office of InterSearch Norway, a leading Executive Search firm with offices in Stavanger and Oslo. Meinich-Bache has held the position as CEO and Consultant with HR-huset in Stavanger, in addition to several leading European positions within HR, QHSE and organisational development on behalf of the leading oil services company National Oilwell Varco (NOV).

Mariann has many years of experience from the oil and gas industry, both on behalf of operating- and oil services firms in Norway and Europe. In later years Mariann has worked as CEO and Consultant focusing on leadership, organisational development, strategy and board room work.

Mariann has her degree in Production Management, Civil Protection and Executive Master of Management from University of Stavanger and BI.
