InterSearch Romania welcomes new senior Consultant

Starting with April 2019, Anca Robu has joined InterSearch Romania – Dr.Pendl & Dr.Piswanger as Consultant. Her areas of focus are executive search, consulting companies from different industries, attracting human capital and strengthening leadership teams. Anca will be actively involved in business development activities.

As a graduate of Business Administration and master’s in human resources  (English-German-French), Anca brings with her an extensive international experience of the institutional network of the EU and their organic interaction applied in different programs and projects. She has a background in coordinating B2B activities in the implementation of projects of foreign investors in Romania and the Republic of Moldova. Living and working in 6 different countries enriched her knowledge of cultural diversity, effective communication in a multicultural environment and understanding different business approaches.

Her expertise resulted from coordinating and implementing numerous projects, in different fields from Oil & Gas, Energy, Manufacturing until IT&C. Her success is a result of constant communication and a strong partnership with the companies and their stakeholders.

Anca’s in-depth understanding of how practical cooperation works and the need for a trustful relationship between stakeholders and project recipients, makes her the perfect fit for InterSearch Romania.
