P&P InterSearch Romania welcomes its new member

P&P InterSearch Romania is proud to welcome its newest team member, Beatrice VANA who joined Pendl & Piswanger | InterSearch Romania as Learning, Development & HR Advisory Consultant.

Her main focus will be developing and implementing the worldwide recognized Personal Efficiency Program PEP® and the development of HR Advisory support to all our clients.

Beatrice brings an experience of 18 years in Organizational Development as expert and senior manager in several big international companies where she successfully implemented different HR processes and strategies.

As per Learning and Development area, she strongly believes in integrated development programs that are designed based on intrinsic motivation of employees and with a high level of interactivity.

She has an extensive experience of Training delivery, defining and implementation of Development strategies, creating program architecture and in the past years she was very much focussing on how to integrate technologies and digital experience into development programs.

She is Sociologist, graduated of University of Bucharest, with a Master’s in Communication and Human Resources Management, certified in Management (Open University), CIPD (UK) and SHRM-SCP (Society of Human Resources Management – Senior Certificated Professional, USA).
