Mindcor and SABPP Succession Planning Breakfast 2016
The 19 October 2016 saw HR Professionals eagerly braving the Johannesburg weather for the opportunity to discuss the ever important concept of Succession Planning in an organisation.
The day featured a talk by our guest speakers Nikki Morrison and Nicky Hurlimann, both of whom head departments within the Talent Management sphere at FNB. Guests were encouraged to participate and ask questions during their presentation, providing an open and collaborative environment for like-minded professionals to share their thoughts and experiences with one another. These elements came together in an event conductive of information sharing, leaving all who attended with thrilling new ideas and approaches to managing the ever changing Talent Workforce present in South Africa.
About the speakers
Nikki Morrison
Nikki Morrison is the Head of Organisation Design, Talent, Transformation and Workforce Planning for FNB. Ms Morrison is a qualified Counselling Psychologist with a Commerce undergraduate degree. Over the past 14 years, Ms Morrison has occupied various roles in the motor and banking industries and has depth of experience across both generalist and specialist HR functions.
Nicky Hurlimann
Nicky Hurlimann has an MA (Industrial Psychology), a BA (Honours), and a Bcom qualification. Ms Hurlimann has more than 20 years’ experience in the human resources field across a wide spectrum of divisions in FNB and is currently employed as their Head of Talent Enablement. Ms Hurlimann is a Global Remuneration specialist and a member of the Health Professions Council.
