Charles Aris CEO Chad Oakley earns Leadership Impact Award

Charles Aris Inc. chief executive officer Chad Oakley has been selected as the recipient of Leadership Greensboro’s 2019 Denise E. Maleska Leadership Impact Award.

This prestigious honor is annually bestowed on one person who has demonstrated exemplary servant leadership and created long-term impact in the community. The award’s committee evaluates criteria including professional background, community involvement and organizational support when evaluating nominees.

“I’m incredibly honored to receive the 2019 Denise E. Maleska Leadership Impact Award from Leadership Greensboro,” Oakley said. “I was fortunate to participate in Leadership Greensboro as a member of the Class of 2006, and I’ve taken the lessons learned from that experience with me throughout my career. Leadership Greensboro continues to be an incredible resource for burgeoning leaders in The Gate City.”

The 2019 Leadership Greensboro Awards will be presented at the organization’s New Year Reception on January 10. The event will celebrate the organization’s award winners, alumni and leadership program Class of 2019.
