Charles Aris Executive Search adds human capital leader Danielle Bowman

Danielle Bowman has joined globally retained executive search firm Charles Aris Inc. as vice president, human capital and organizational development.

In Bowman’s new role, the veteran leader will spearhead both the firm’s human resources support and its organizational development strategy. Her responsibilities include implementation of the firm’s continuous improvement plan, performance management strategies, and talent acquisition and retention efforts.

Before joining the executive search firm, Bowman served as senior director of talent management, human resources, for Primo Water Corporation in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Prior to that, she served for three years as associate vice president of talent management for dormakaba Americas and earlier spent nearly a decade with Ralph Lauren, where she rose to senior director of learning and organizational development within the company’s global operations team.

Bowman is a ​SHRM Senior Certified Professional with the Society for Human Resource Management.
