International executive search firm Charles Aris Inc. has expanded its recruitment capabilities with the addition of two associate recruiters.
Dani Patterson, a 2018 graduate of UNC Greensboro, spent the first half of 2016 studying international business in Milan, Italy at Università Carlo Cattaneo – LIUC. During the 2017 fall semester, she served as a U.S. Department of State intern in the Economic Section of the U.S. Embassy in Belgrade, Serbia. There, she gained experience in healthcare, cybersecurity and UAE investment.
“I’m excited to begin my career as an associate at Charles Aris,” Patterson said. “I’ve grown in knowledge and skills across my academic and professional career and am ready to apply those capabilities to executive recruiting.”
Prior to joining the firm, Jovan Dushner spent three years as a senior finance associate at PepsiCo, where he managed Kroger relationships for the company’s Quaker, Tropicana and Gatorade brands. Dushner earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting at Florida International University.
“I’m excited and grateful for the opportunity to join Team Aris,” Dushner said. “I’m impressed with the business Charles Aris has built over the past 49 years and look forward to helping the firm extend its recruiting reach.”
Charles Aris leaders anticipate significant impact from Dushner and Patterson alike.
“We’re thrilled to have Jovan and Dani joining the Charles Aris team,” said Brent Anthony, the firm’s learning and development leader. “They each bring diversity of thought and experience that is going to add to the rich culture that we have here, and I look forward to seeing their future successes.”
