Charles Aris Inc. adds three associate recruiters in Kotelnicki, Conway and Kijak
International executive search firm Charles Aris has expanded its recruitment capabilities with the addition of three associate recruiters. The executive recruiting trio adds an array of professional backgrounds and skills to the firm:
- Josh Kotelnicki joins the team after a 16-year run as a college football coach. His most recent leadership came at the University of Mary in Bismarck, North Dakota, where he oversaw the Marauders’ player development, business operations, alumni management, fan and community engagement, recruiting, staffing and game-day strategy. Kotelnicki earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of North Dakota and his MBA degree from Murray State University.
- Rebecca Conway adds executive search and in-house corporate recruiting experience to the mix, having worked as an experienced-hire recruiter in the financial services practice of global management consulting firm Oliver Wyman. When she’s not moving the needle at Charles Aris, you can find the former UNC-Chapel Hill varsity fencer spending time with her husband and daughters.
- Prior to joining the firm, Cates Kijak served as a regional office manager for the American Heart Association. She earned her bachelor’s degree in communication and media studies from Flagler College after earning her associate’s in mass communication from the Pennsylvania College of Technology. When she’s not assisting Charles Aris clients and candidates, Cates enjoys spending time with her husband and working out in their local CrossFit box.
The firm’s leaders are excited about the impact each associate will make on Charles Aris executive search efforts.
