Ashlee Wagner earns promotion to senior associate practice leader
Charles Aris Inc. – InterSearch partner in the USA – has expanded its executive recruitment services with the promotion of Ashlee Wagner to senior associate practice leader. As a key member of the firm’s Strategy & Corporate Development recruiting practice, she will focus on placing senior leaders with client organizations in the financial services industry.
Wagner has quickly cemented herself as one of the executive search firm’s top performers, earning three promotions in as many years and being named among the Triad Business Journal’s “40 Leaders Under Forty” for 2018.
Prior to her most recent elevation to a business development role, she specialized in the recruitment of senior leaders for the company’s strategy consulting clientele. The firm’s Strategy & Corporate Development practice has placed more than 550 candidates in mission-critical roles since 2004.

Wagner joined Charles Aris Inc. in 2014 following a three-year stint with insurance and financial services leader State Farm, where she served clients’ needs for auto, home, life and health insurance, as well as banking products. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
