Charles Aris Inc. promotes Caporaso to associate practice leader
International executive recruiting firm Charles Aris Inc. – the InterSearch member firm in the USA – has announced the promotion of Joe Caporaso to associate practice leader. In this role, Caporaso will add business development responsibilities across the Industrial and Consumer industries to his functional recruiting efforts in Strategy & Corporate Development.
“I’m thrilled to take this next step in my career and continue to live our firm’s 22 Guiding Principles,” Caporaso said. “The opportunity to use this role to further grow and learn in the world of executive recruitment is a treat. Most importantly, I’m excited to become a better leader in the firm.”
In his three years with the firm, Caporaso has established himself as a top performer with the ability to craft meaningful relationships with candidates and hiring authorities alike.
“I’m so excited to see Joe take this next step in his career,” said Charles Aris senior practice leader Jill Jitima. “He has been a strong contributor to the growth of my practice and a fantastic thought partner to me. He has a natural ability to build strong relationships and trust with clients and candidates, and knows how to dig in and help solve difficult challenges on searches.”
Prior to joining the firm, Caporaso worked as a producer with Insurance of the Carolinas, specializing in home, auto, life and commercial products. He also spent a year as president of the High Point Jaycees, an organization dedicated to providing leadership development and community service opportunities for 21-to-40-year-olds in the Piedmont Triad region. He spends his free time supporting local charities, running, cooking and reading.
Caporaso earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing at High Point University, where he met his wife, Jessica, and drove HPU’s purple ice cream truck around campus.
