Charles Aris ranks among Business Journal’s Fast 50 once more

For the fifth time in six years, international executive search firm Charles Aris Inc. has been honored as a member of the annual Fast 50 presented by the Triad Business Journal.

At an event hosted at the Benton Convention Center in downtown Winston-Salem, Charles Aris leaders joined representatives from 49 other organizations ranked as the fastest growing in North Carolina’s Piedmont Triad region.

Charles Aris celebrated its sixth consecutive year of record growth in 2017 and is on pace to log its seventh straight as part of an aggressive expansion plan to more than double its revenue by 2022.

“The Charles Aris team is proud to once again be recognized in TBJ’s Fast 50,” said Charles Aris chief operating officer Allen Oakley. “This honor is a testament to the work ethic, resilience, collaboration and innovation our team demonstrates on a daily basis.”

Charles Aris team members are set to celebrate the company’s 50th anniversary in 2019. With more than 300 clients served and 800 search projects completed since 2013, the search firm continues to identify, attract and deliver A-level leaders to clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups and private equity firms.

“We’re fortunate and focused as we look to end another strong year on another strong note,” said Charles Aris vice president Brian Styers, who leads the firm’s research, marketing and digital initiatives. “We appreciate the Business Journal’s recognition of our accelerated growth and look forward to sustaining it with signature service to our clients and candidates.”
