Charles Aris team completes InterSearch Academy certification
By Joe Metts Marketing Associate at Charles Aris Inc. – Charles Aris, the InterSearch Worldwide affiliate known abroad as InterSearch USA, welcomed the international organization’s board of directors to its Greensboro, North Carolina headquarters for two days of InterSearch Academy training in mid-March 2018. The official workshop sessions were dedicated to sharing best practices and crafting relationships while conducting InterSearch business globally.
InterSearch Worldwide is a global alliance of privately held executive search firms selected for their experience, expertise and excellence in their respective regions. The organization conducts business in more than 50 countries and nearly 100 offices around the world.
Charles Aris proudly welcomed InterSearch board members representing executive search firms in Australia, Belgium, Hungary, Ireland, Italy and the United Arab Emirates. Over the course of this on-site Academy training, Charles Aris team members and InterSearch board members alike shared their expertise on active business development across international borders and collaborative recruitment techniques.

InterSearch will host its annual global conference in Bruges, Belgium from May 31 through June 3, 2018. The annual gathering is designed to serve as a forum for search executives to cultivate strong relationships with InterSearch partners around the world.
