Josh Winters earns promotion to associate practice leader at Charles Aris
International executive recruiting firm Charles Aris Inc. has promoted Josh Winters from senior associate recruiter to associate practice leader. In his new role, Josh will add business development responsibilities across the firm’s operations practice on behalf of client organizations in the consumer products space.
“The past few years have flown by,” Winters said. “I thank everyone who invested in me and continues to invest in me, and I look forward to being a part of the firm’s ongoing growth.”
Josh earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Prior to joining the firm, Winters focused on member development and sales for the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce.
When he’s not “making it happen” at Charles Aris, you can find Winters attending a variety of community events and programs around North Carolina’s Piedmont Triad region. He joined Team Aris in September 2016 and has quickly emerged as a top performer, with two promotions now under his belt.
Senior leaders, including Charles Aris vice president Sarah Becker, are enthusiastic about Winters’ future with the firm.
