Charles Aris promotes T.J. Deal
International executive recruiting firm Charles Aris Inc. – InterSearch partner in the USA – has announced the promotion of T.J. Deal to associate practice leader. In this role, he will add business development responsibilities across the technology industry to his functional recruiting efforts in strategy and corporate development.
After joining the nationally ranked executive search firm in November 2015, Deal quickly established himself as a top performer. With two promotions in as many years, he continues to generate enthusiasm among Charles Aris senior leaders.

Before joining Charles Aris Inc., Deal directed military accounts for Arbor Supply, a brokerage firm that facilitates the distribution of non-food items to the Military Commissaries. He earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he held leadership positions in UNC’s chapter of the Delta Kappa Epsilon Fraternity.
