Varina Keeling-Herrera earns promotion to senior researcher at Charles Aris Inc.

In her role, Keeling-Herrera devotes much of her professional time to conducting research in the functional recruiting areas of Strategy & Corporate Development and Engineering & Operations. She also fuels recruiting efforts with research in the Consumer / Retail, Financial Services and Chemicals sectors.
Brian Styers, a Charles Aris vice president who leads the firm’s operations in knowledge management and communications, lauded Keeling-Herrera for her continued impact on the company, its clients and its candidates.

Keeling-Herrera earned her bachelor’s degree in microbiology at the University of Havana and her MBA degree in international business from the University of the West Indies. Prior to joining Charles Aris Inc., she conducted research in the field of infectious diseases and worked in health tourism.
