Our client is an Italian luxury goods manufacturer, based in Rome. The company was founded in the late 1800s, its main profile includes jewelry, watches, perfumes, cosmetics, accessories, and leather goods.
The client needed to hire 8 staff members (6 Client Advisors and 2 Sales Administrators) for their 2 stores in Istanbul so they contacted Euren, the Italian member of Intersearch. The expectations were to find candidates from the luxury sector with excellent English skills and high standing.
The contract for the searches has been signed between the client and the Italian InterSearch member, after the discussion of the terms.
Euren Intersearch acted as the project manager of the process and collaborated closely with the Turkish consultant.

Despite the complexity of identifying candidates in line with the client’s expectations, thanks to the in-depth and methodical mapping activity of the industry and the rapid identification of a large pool of candidates, 7 out of the 8 assignments have been closed, the last one is still ongoing.
