Client

A publicly traded local pharmaceutical ingredient and cosmetics producer with R&D centres and factories both in Turkey and abroad. They export to over 85 countries worldwide. The client retained InterSearch since 2020.

The Process

As a result of our BD efforts, InterSearch Turkey started the cooperation with the client in 2017 and placed their GM in 2018, Country Head for Romania in 2019, Representative in Iran in 2020. They are now working to find their CFO.

The Outcome

InterSearch Turkey has been working smoothly for the last 4 years and both the candidates that they placed, and the Board are happy with the services provided. Throughout the relationship, the same partner handled each project, there is a deep understanding of the corporate culture of the client and are able to search and select the best possible candidates worldwide.

İlkiz Alp holds a B.S. degree in Management and an MBA degree from Boğaziçi University and completed a 1-year program on Corporate Innovation and Change Management from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Throughout her 20+ years long career, between others, she worked for multinationals in the pharmaceutical sector. Since 2019, she is a partner for InterSearch Turkey team.
