InterSearch strengthens Scandinavian presence with addition of Sweden’s Talentia
InterSearch Worldwide, a leading global executive search organization operating in more than 50 countries, continues to strengthen its presence in Scandinavia with the addition of Sweden’s Talentia to its worldwide network of alliance firms.
Member firms from Denmark (Case Rose International) and Norway (Sekse & Hogstad AS) joined the organization in 2014, while Finland’s InterSearch Oy has been a member for more than 20 years.
With a team of 12 search consultants and eight professional researchers working from offices in Stockholm, Malmö and Gothenberg, Talentia specializes in the recruitment of executives, managers, specialists, and young professionals. Its consultants have particular expertise in the areas of IT and professional services, industry, consumer, finance, and engineering and construction. They also work regularly with NGOs.
Founded in 1999, Talentia uses such well-established methods as competency-based interviews and well-recognized test instruments to verify candidates’ abilities. Through its proprietary “Capability Match” tool, the company can easily compare candidates to the complexity of the defined job role.
