InterSearch Worldwide, a leading global executive search organization operating in more than 45 countries, is pleased to welcome two new consultants to its alliance network firm Cook Associates Executive Search in the United States.
Jennifer Floyd has joined Cook Associates Executive Search as a Managing Director based in San Francisco and supporting Cook’s Technology and Private Equity Practices.
Having conducted more than 250 senior-level searches, she joins Cook following more than 12 years at Spencer Stuart, where most recently she was an executive recruiter in that firm’s Technology, Communications and Private Equity Practices focused on managing key account relationships and creative introductions to clients. She earned a bachelor’s degree in French from the University of California, Davis.
Sue Hendrickson has joined Cook Associates Executive Search as a Managing Director, based in Chicago, and a member of the Consumer Markets Practice. With more than 10 years of executive search experience at both Reilly Partners and Heidrick & Struggles, she has led search assignments for private equity, founder-led and public companies in all functional areas. She has experience in marketing services, brand management, digital and direct marketing, insights and advertising for retail, consumer, business professional services, financial services and industrial based companies. Earlier in her career Hendrickson served in senior-level human resources roles for Grant Thornton, LLP, and Heller Financial.
Concentrating on recruiting and people strategy implementation, Hendrickson is certified by the Developmental Dimensions Institute in Targeted Selection-behavioral based interviewing, Management Coaching and Change as Unusual programs. She earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism and political science from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
