InterSearch Worldwide holds 2012 Global Conference
InterSearch Worldwide, a leading global executive search organization operating in more than 45 countries, recently held its annual global conference of member firms in Rio de Janeiro on 21-24 May 2012.
At the conference, InterSearch board members highlighted several of the organization’s recent achievements, including:
- Adoption of enhanced technologies to strengthen alliances among member firms to better serve clients, including a global web- and videoconferencing system and an upgraded intranet and knowledge management system;
- Positive trends from 2011 in the number of completed assignments, despite the slowing of the general economy, due in part to increases in cross-border search work;
- Three new member firms in 2011 from Mexico, United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom, along with two additional member firms from Switzerland and Morocco in early 2012.
“I am pleased to report that our 2012 global conference in Rio was both productive and enjoyable, focused on staying connected, improving business relationships, and strengthening mutual trust and synergies for the benefit of our clients,” said InterSearch Chairman Frank Schelstraete.
Berlin will host the next InterSearch global conference in May 2013.
