InterSearch Worldwide’s annual conference focused on market prospects after the recession
InterSearch Worldwide held its 21st annual conference in Marseille, France, on May 27-30. Consultants from InterSearch offices across the globe gathered to exchange views and information on the state of the executive search market in 2010 and beyond, as the first encouraging signs of an end to the recession are already visible in most regions.
InterSearch Worldwide also welcomed new members to the network during the conference, which will strengthen its presence in the Americas, Far East and Europe. Thanks to Harvest & Baker, the new InterSearch partner in Sweden, the Scandinavian operations will be significantly improved. Peter Andén, co-founder of Harvest & Baker confirmed his strong motivation to join the InterSearch organization and said his company’s main key to success, despite the drop in the market place, is the capability to develop trust and positive contacts with the clients.
„We in Intersearch are not just talking about cutting costs, creating new marketing tools and services – which are all very obvious solutions we certainly tackled. What we work upon to overcome the hurdles of the crisis is something even more fundamental and that is the quality of our work, our positive attitude and the way the InterSearch partners cooperate with each other in cross-border business”, commented Patricia Epperlein, Chairwoman of InterSearch Worldwide.
Next InterSearch global conference will take place in St. Petersburg, Russia, in May 2011.
