InterSearch Worldwide welcomes Daria Tulubenskaya to the Board of Directors

InterSearch Worldwide Ltd. – international executive search in 70+ countries – welcomes Daria Tulubenskaya to the Board of Directors.

Daria is a Partner of the Russian member Kontakt InterSearch Russia. She is personally involved in Executive Search projects in Russia and on the international markets in cooperation with the InterSearch worldwide organization, where she leads the Central Eastern Europe Consumer Goods Practice.

Her expertise stems from building up Kontakt’s “Sports Industry” and “Textile Industry” Practices besides being in charge of the “Fashion & beauty retail” and “Consumer goods (FMCG)”. Earlier in 2020 she launched “SmartTrek”, which helps top managers to build career tracks.

A graduate in “Personnel Management” and currently an MBA student at The Moscow School of Management Skolkovo, Daria is a speaker and moderator at business events and a recognized expert on business media.

This is a personal big challenge for me” commented Daria, who added: “during the global conference of InterSearch in Cracow, Poland in 2017 I set a personal goal for myself to make the Russian InterSearch office more meaningful on the global level. We initiated several international projects, visited other InterSearch offices worldwide and shared best practices, hosted an InterSearch Academy in Moscow and carried out complex and interesting projects for our clients in partnership with our international colleagues. It proved to be the right approach and we’ll continue on the same path in these unpredictable times.”
