Widukind Baier

Widukind’s major expertise lies in the industrial sector, with a main focus on advanced technology, especially within the field of automotive. He advises clients on global megatrends such as autonomous driving, predictive safety, networked car and e-mobility. Besides the automotive area, Widukind consults companies from the electronics industry and from the FMCG sector – especially the food industry – as well as from the medical technology and chemical industry. He supports them in filling demanding vacancies both in the technical and the commercial field and is known to be a reliable and esteemed partner in challenging recruitment projects.

Widukind joined the InterSearch office in Bremen as a senior consultant in early 2012 and has been a partner since 2016, specializing in recruiting and selecting executives in Germany and internationally, highly qualified experts for small and medium companies – especially family businesses – and corporations, as well as in Management Audits for executives.

Prior to his career in HR consulting Igor was a Sales and Marketing Manager at the official distributor of Saab cars for the Czech Republic (1993-1996). Starting up the dealers network, developing the car sales & marketing in the new situation just after the fall of the „Iron curtain“.

Since 1996 Igor has been enjoying the career in search and selection consequently in Dr. Pendl & Dr Piswanger and in InterSearch.

The strong focus of the company is consulting for Automotive – both sales/distribution and production (all tiers).

Czech Republic is one of the largest producers of cars (per capita) in the world and the concertation of the production sites is enormous. Besides Prague the company has a consultant in northern Bohemia close to Skoda and its uppliers.

With a career spanning over 30 years, Maria Elena “Malena” Juarez is a long-standing, well-recognized professional in the Executive Search consultancy field in Mexico. Her career includes work of two decades as a Partner with Amrop. She joined InterSearch as a Partner in 2010, when the Firm established in Mexico.

Malena´s relationship with the Automotive Industry dates back to the start of her career, when she worked for the then most important auto-parts manufacturer. Her profound knowledge of the automotive sector has contributed to her successfully completing challenging and very specialized searches entrusted by leading international client organizations.

She has also been effective in managing search assignment for other industries such as Industrial Manufacturing, Oil & Gas and Mineral Resources, Life Sciences and Health Care, IT / Telco and Consumer Products.

Her work is focused not only on Mexican-based business but those with American, European and other countries in the Latin American and Asian Regions, utilizing her understanding of diverse cultures and skills for languages. In addition to her native Spanish, she can communicate fluently in English and has a good command of French and Italian. Malena holds a BA and an MBA from the University of the Americas in Mexico.

Binita has been a career professional in the Human Resources consulting domain, with high specialization in senior management executive search. She has been responsible for assignments across the industry spectrum, with high focus on the thriving sectors of Automotive and Industrial, TMT and Travel & Hospitality.

Her role has evolved, growing from a solid base of activities pertaining to knowledge management, conceptualizing and executing data analytics and research operations, to developing search strategies and it’s successful implementation, culminating in meeting and completing committed deliverables to the Client.

Binita has been leading research and consulting teams for complex and high stakes cross-border leadership talent mandates, with a proven measure of success and consistency.

Additionally, she carries internal responsibilities of providing oversight for corporate marketing and media relations activities for the Firm in India

She completed her High school from Loreto House in Calcutta, and went on to graduate in Commerce from Calcutta University. She has a Masters Degree in Management and Information Technology from IMT Calcutta.

Godefroy de La Bourdonnaye

A graduate of ESSCA School of Business in 1999, Godefroy de La Bourdonnaye began his career in Paris as an online marketing manager at Michael Page. He joined the Nantes region in 2006 and became a recruitment consultant, within the Sales/Marketing practice. Still within the same firm, he then moved to Geneva and then to Marseille, as part of an online recruitment platform project, which he developed and managed for 3 years.

Back in Nantes in 2011, Godefroy de La Bourdonnaye successively occupied the positions of consultant and regional director, at Hudson Global Resources and then Badenoch & Clark.

He joined Grant Alexander in 2018, to develop the Executive Search activity in Western France, with a focus on Industry.

Fluent in English and fully able to lead recruitment process in that language, Godefroy is 44, married and father of 3.

Greg Harper

Charles Aris Inc. senior vice president Greg Harper serves as the company’s primary practice leader for Engineering & Operations with a focus on Industrial Manufacturing, Chemicals and Wood Products.

Greg solves his clients’ needs in Corporate Management; Executive and Technical Sales, Marketing and Business Development; Chemical, Mechanical and Process Engineering; as well as Production and Manufacturing. He joined Charles Aris with 25 years of chemical and industrial experience including 15 years with The Sherwin-Williams Company in multiple roles revolving around sales, marketing and business development.

Greg’s success in serving his clients is built on his extensive knowledge in business management and sales development. Jakob Stengel is the Managing Partner of Case Rose / InterSearch and Global Head of Board Practice within InterSearch. Jakob joined the firm in 2012 after 5 years as a partner with some of the other leading global firms of the executive search industry.

Jakob is the founding partner of The Danish Professional Directors Association, Board Network. He is a member of the International Corporate Governance Network; a member of the European Corporate Governance Institute; and a member of several expert groups under the European Confederation of Directors Associations. Further, he is co-editor-in-chief of Denmark’s leading corporate governance and board leadership publication, Board Perspectives.

Jakob holds a degree as Master in Law (LL.M.) from University of Copenhagen, and possesses more than 15 years of experience in serving as chairman and / or non-executive director on more than 10 different Boards of Directors in Danish companies.

At the beginning of her career, Leslie serves as Sub Director of the Social Communication Division at the Ministry General Secretariat of Government in Chile, and then she holds the position of Director. Afterwards, she works at companies in the financial sector and as advisor of institutional investors.

Since 1997 Leslie does executive search for top management executives, performing processes in Chile, Latin America and China. She has experience in different industries and functional areas, in the private and public sector. In 2000 she was recognized as “Leading Consultant” by The Economist Intelligence Unit.

Mayur Chaturvedi is a Co-founder of Spearhead Intersearch, a global executive search firm specialising in top management / leadership hiring in India and overseas. Mayur leads cross domain consulting assignments at the CXO level for both Indian as well as Multinational corporations. Nicholas began his career in 1996 and henceforth has accumulated over 15 years within Executive Search and Recruitment. He has covered the full gamut of Recruitment services; working on the client side as a Director of Talent, in a UK contingent firm, ran his own RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) company from India and spent 7 years as a Director in a tier one Executive Search firm in the Middle East.

His career has spanned four continents and includes employment in Sydney, Tokyo, San Francisco, London, Pune (India) and most recently, in Dubai. For the past 9 years Nicholas has lived and worked in the UAE with his wife and three children. During his time in the Middle East his primary area of business focus has been in the GCC. He has, however, successfully conducted business in the Levant, North Africa, Pakistan and Iraq.

Nicholas prides himself on his ability to understand and collate his clients’ needs, their culture and business strategy coupled with an aptitude to attract and deliver the right Executives that will have the desired long-lasting impact. With a career spanning over 30 years, Maria Elena “Malena” Juarez is a long-standing, well-recognized professional in the Executive Search consultancy field in Mexico. Her career includes work of two decades as a Partner with Amrop. She joined InterSearch as a Partner in 2010, when the Firm established in Mexico.

Malena´s relationship with the Automotive Industry dates back to the start of her career, when she worked for the then most important auto-parts manufacturer.
